This is a very old pink & white antique porcelain trinket dish with a small flower branch and Missouri in gold cursive written inside of it. It has a small chip and hairline fracture on one corner, but it does not affect the stability of the piece and is actually pretty hard to see when it's just sitting on a table. It has 2 holes for hanging on the back. Measures 5.5" L x 4.75" W x 1" T.
